This meditation is the product of years of energetic learning, exploration, and fine tuning. It draws from several different schools of energy work, including yoga and tantra, and has been adapted to most deeply resonate with how I personally experience energy. This experience is different for everyone, so I encourage you to tweak this meditation to best fit you. The goal of this meditation is to create a balance of grounding energy from the Earth, and energizing energy from the Cosmos/Divine within you.

An Elemental Circle Casting with Love
This is the circle casting that I almost always use in my rituals. It centers love and I wrote it with Aphrodite in mind, though it can absolutely be used in rituals with other Deities. It also gently invokes the elements. Enjoy!
